Welcome Club Pilates Franchise Owners

The Club Pilates Insurance Program was designed specifically for U.S. based franchise owners. This custom designed program offers several benefits including: A simplified online enrollment process, immediate rating and enhanced coverages including liability options up to $5 million per occurrence, non-owned and hired auto coverage as well as property coverage (for studio property and equipment).

The process is simple! Club Pilates franchises should click on the “Purchase Insurance” link below. The link will guide you through the process to purchase coverage. Upon completion of the transaction, you can obtain a certificate of insurance for yourself as well as your landlord or equipment leasing company. Business Property Coverage (if purchased)

  • Coverage is provided on a Replacement Cost basis.
  • A deductible of $1,000 per occurrence applies.
  • Please be advised that coastal county locations may have a higher deductible.
  • Must be insured 80% to replacement cost value to avoid Coinsurance penalty.
  • 5% wind/hail deductible applies for all Florida locations.

  • Computer Systems - $35,000 combined computer equipment, media and data.
  • Property of Others - $35,000
  • Valuable Papers and Records - $75,000

  • Fire Extinguisher Recharge - $15,000 (no deductible applies)
  • Outdoor Signs - $50,000 per sign in any one occurrence
  • Earthquake Sprinkler Leakage - $25,000
  • Water - $25,000
  • Business Income and Extra Expense - $150,000 in addition to the Contents and Equipment Limit – 72-hour waiting period, no coinsurance applies
  • Utility Services (Business Income and Extra Expense) - included in $150,000 BI/EE limit
