Welcome Club Pilates Franchise Owners

The Club Pilates franchise insurance program provides franchisees with a simple and convenient way to secure broad, customized coverage at very competitive rates which satisfies the insurance requirements under the Xponential Fitness franchise agreements.

Through a streamlined online enrollment platform, franchisees can obtain Commercial General Liability (for franchise operations, including premises and participant legal liability), Professional Liability (for instructors), Auto Liability (for Hired and Non Owned Autos), and Property coverage (including Business Interruption   Extra Expense). Optional Excess Liability limits of up to $5M are also available.

The process is simple! Club Pilates franchises should click on the “Purchase Insurance” link below. The link will guide you through the process to purchase coverage. Upon completion of the transaction, you can obtain a certificate of insurance for yourself as well as your landlord or equipment leasing company. Business Property Coverage (if purchased)

  • Coverage is provided on a Replacement Cost basis.
  • A deductible of $1,000 per occurrence applies.
  • Please be advised that coastal county locations may have a higher deductible.
  • Must be insured 80% to replacement cost value to avoid Coinsurance penalty.
  • 5% wind/hail deductible applies for all Florida locations.

  • Outdoor Signs - $50,000 per sign in any one occurrence

  • Business Income and Extra Expense - $150,000 in addition to the Contents and Equipment Limit – 72-hour waiting period, no coinsurance applies
